Yucatan Schools

We have worked in different schools from the coastal communities of El Cuyo, Ría Lagartos, San Felipe, Las Coloradas, Chabihau, Telchac and Celestun, as well as the community of Peto.

We owe many thanks to the participation of volunteer teachers who teach at the elementary schools of these Yucatan communities. They have supported the environmental education team of Niños y Crías A.C, since 2002. They are invaluable in helping us to educate children in these communities on the importance of proper solid waste disposal. They have also helped us design and teach the bird workshops to kids.
